My friend, April, and her husband, Tom, went away for 4 days and entrusted us with their most prized possessions.....their 4 daughters! Brooke, age 6; Alix and Erin, age 4; and Samantha, age 11 months. So far, the biggest challenge was to get us all ready and to church on time this morning. And we did it....with about 3 minutes to spare! (Thank goodness we go at 11:30 and not 9:30!) I am so not used to having 4 little munchkins in the house, anymore - but it sure is alot of fun.
The girls had such a great time. Brooke asked me today if we could leave again for another week or hundred. Nice to know I'm loved. Thanks for all you did with the girls. It is so great to know that you have great friends that you trust so much. Thanks again!
P.S. April, take notice of the girls' church hair. =] Erin's was WAY cute and I had a couple people ask how to do it. It was pure success. =] And Alix's braids just looked cute on her. Granted, by the end of church, they were starting to fall out, but it was still way cute!!! And that's all that matters, right?? =] Amanda, (of course!)
